This is an exciting opportunity to work with a known and reputable South East Queensland based Tier 2 Civil Construction Contractor specialising in roads and subdivisions. With a strong pipeline of work and recent project wins, they are now looking for experienced and passionate Safety advisors to drive safety initiatives on projects across Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast.

• Guide and support site teams to strengthen workplace health and safety practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to establish, implement, and refine safety systems, strategies, and procedures.
• Perform site inspections, deliver constructive feedback, and suggest improvements to project teams.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize safety management.
• Promote an open and proactive safety culture across the site.

The successful applicant will have the following experience

• 4+ years' experience in a similar role within the Civil, Construction, or related industry.
• Willingness to be on site to promote an open and proactive safety culture.
• Certificate IV or higher in OHS.
• Strong enthusiasm for safety, with a proactive mindset and a team-oriented approach.
• Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence.
