Industry leading builder are looking for a Senior Project Engineer for a $70 mil education project located on the lower Northern Beaches.

The company undertake projects in a variety of sectors up to $300 mil.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Establish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project records
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variations
• Generate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risks
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Work in tandem with project management and other departments to facilitate smooth project operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
