Insta Property Services is expanding!

Due to extensive business growth we have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Tradesman/Handyman to join our growing team.

You will be working on projects of all sizes with various clients within the industry including Strata properties/complexes and day care facilities.

Work is predominately maintenance of properties, so experience in ceilings (including flushing and painting), roofing and general small maintenance tasks is a must.

A full tool kit is required, as well as a reliable vehicle. Any Trade Certification and Working with Heights looked upon favourably.

Tickets/Licenses required or willing to obtain prior to commencement:

White Card

Up to date police clearance (within 3 months)

Working with Children’s Check

No two days with us are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

General Carpentry work

Patching and Painting

Tiling

Renovations

Paving/brickwork repairs

Handyman works (lockbox installations, gutter cleaning, rubbish removal)

Building Maintenance

Interior and exterior building repairs

Ceiling fixing

Minor roof plumbing

Gutter install and replacement

Installation and repair of doors, fittings & fixtures

Flooring and skirting work

A fuel card, Bunnings card and company uniform is provided upon successful completion of your probationary period.

Weekly Pay!

PROBATION PERIOD TO BE PAID AS A CASUAL EMPLOYEE, WITH MOVE TO PERMANENT FULLTIME AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION.

This position is not available to ABN/subcontracting.

Being physically fit is a must.

Full working rights required, this is not suitable to working holidays or temporary residents. You must have PR to work for Insta Property Services.

Insta Property Services uses Tradify to log, track and finalise all jobs, being tech-savvy is a must.
