Building Maintenance Officer

The Shire of Collie is looking for a reliable, practical, and self-motivated individual who excels at hands-on tasks and has a 'can-do' attitude. This person should enjoy daily variety and take pride in their work.

This role would suit a person who:

Possesses great all-round handy person skills and experience to assist with building servicing and repairs,

Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to programme, plan, and coordinate competing activities and resources to achieve agreed outcomes;

Working knowledge, and application of Workplace Health and Safety, and the general statutory environment relating to high-risk work including working at heights;

Ability to keep accurate maintenance logs

An attractive remuneration package will be offered including a cash component of between $71,544.44 - $80,970.55 dependent on skills and experience. The package includes a housing allowance if residing in Collie, plus other cash and non-cash benefits. Residing within the Shire of Collie will be highly regarded but is not compulsory.
