About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment to join this growing national team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you’ll partner with like-minded specialists to recruit high-volume production and distribution staff for a well-known manufacturing company.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll:
- Work closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles;
- Advertise job openings, screen applicants, and shortlist the right candidates;
- Proactively search for talent across different platforms using a range of sourcing strategies;
- Team up with HR Officers to make sure new hires have a smooth start, including helping with compliance checks and onboarding paperwork; and
- Pitch in on improving how this organisation hires by sharing ideas and helping fine-tune recruitment processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for blue-collar roles – whether from an agency background or internal TA team
- A calm, steady approach when things get busy – this is a high-energy environment;
- A flexible mindset – you’ll need to juggle different tasks and priorities as they come up; and
- A proactive attitude – someone who’s always looking for ways to improve and bring fresh thinking to the table.
