About the Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment to join this growing national team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you’ll partner with like-minded specialists to recruit high-volume production and distribution staff for a well-known manufacturing company.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll:

• Work closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles;
• Advertise job openings, screen applicants, and shortlist the right candidates;
• Proactively search for talent across different platforms using a range of sourcing strategies;
• Team up with HR Officers to make sure new hires have a smooth start, including helping with compliance checks and onboarding paperwork; and
• Pitch in on improving how this organisation hires by sharing ideas and helping fine-tune recruitment processes.

• Demonstrated experience recruiting for blue-collar roles – whether from an agency background or internal TA team
