Your Role
As the Talent Acquisition Officer, you will act as a central coordination point for recruitment activity, ensuring momentum is maintained and processes are followed. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment support: posting on job boards, managing requisitions through the recruitment system, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing reference checks, employment contracts, documentation, and right-to-work checks.
• Collaborate for success: partner with hiring managers on general enquiries, guide new leaders through recruitment processes, monitor progress, and follow up where required.
• Exceptional candidate experience: deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience by ensuring clear, respectful, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Onboarding Excellence: Oversee smooth onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
