We want people who are great as individuals, and even better in a team. As Talent Acquisition Advisor - Corporate Services, you will drive the delivery of recruitment services to our Corporate Head Office portfolio based at Ann Street, Brisbane City.

As a seasoned recruiter you will work collaboratively with your team and leaders to promote our UnitingCare brand in market, developing candidate pools that you can actively draw on and driving candidate-targeted advertising campaigns.

You will play a critical advisory role to the UnitingCare senor leadership team, including supporting with executive recruitment for the group.

Please note, this is a 12 month maximum term contract, with the potential for extension. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working.

About you:

As an experienced recruiter, your experience in either agency or internal functions has equipped you with a sound understanding of best practice recruitment and the resilience to work effectively under pressure.

You will have a strong understanding of candidate sourcing, with demonstrated experience filling highly specialised, technical roles. The ability to confidently partner, advise and influence senior stakeholders is essential to your success in this role.

A proven ability to create strong internal stakeholder relationships and an understanding of current and forecasted workforce needs to ensure adequate resourcing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for curating attractive and creative recruitment solutions in partnership with your stakeholders.
