Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for client enquiries – phone, email, and face-to-face
Coordinate client appointments and manage adviser calendars
Greet clients on arrival, manage parking arrangements, and offer refreshments
Prepare client documentation, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM
Provide administrative support to advisers and management
Manage office supplies and contribute to a well-functioning office environment
What You'll Bring
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Previous experience in a client service or admin role – financial services preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets) preferred
A flexible, proactive approach and a strong team mindset
Permanent work rights in Australia
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
