• Hourly Rate: Up to $43 ph casual rate

• Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)

We are seeking an experienced Events Officer who will be responsible for planning & delivering large public outdoor events and festivals!

Key responsibilities as an Events Officer:

• Assisting in the forward planning and development of Council's festivalsand events and other public engagement programs as required.

• Providing support and specialised advice to Community, Corporate, Government agencies and internal departments in the planning and delivery of their events.

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with relevant key stakeholders within the council.

• Working collaboratively with media and communications teams

• Must have previous experience with the above responsibilities

• To be successful in the role you must obtain the below:

Working with children's check

Willing to obtain a National Police Check

Valid full drivers licence

First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
