Your role:
We are seeking passionate kitchen staff and hospitality rock stars to join our culinary team.
In this role, you will be responsible along with the rest of the kitchen team, in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and health and safety are consistently maintained.

At the heart of our estate will lie a newly renovated restaurant that offers a unique farm-to-table dining experience, serving an inspired blend of Australian and Mediterranean cuisine, celebrating the freshest local ingredients while embracing a philosophy of sustainability.
Chef Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes inline with your role within the restaurant
Maintain consistent food quality and portion control
Ensure proper food storage and minimize waste
Maintain kitchen equipment and workstation cleanliness
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Assist other restaurant departments as required
Skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Commercial culinary level knife skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Kitchen Hand Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Wash dishes including pots, pans, cutlery, crockery to a high standard
Sweeping, scrubbing and mopping floors
Maintaining rubbish bins
Maintain consistent food quality and portion control
Ensure proper food storage and minimize waste
Maintain kitchen equipment and workstation cleanliness
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Assist other restaurant departments as required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
