About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the club’s performance, focusing on:

Sales: drive lead generation, member conversion, and renewals

Team Leadership: recruit, train and motivate PTs and front desk staff

Operations: manage compliance, safety, cleanliness and member service

Marketing: execute local campaigns and community events

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience in a gym or retail setting

Previous leadership or management experience

Strong people skills and a passion for fitness

Organised, driven, and able to work autonomously

Required Certifications

Certificate III or IV in Fitness (or willing to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR

Working With Children Check

Business or health qualifications a bonus
