What We’re Looking For

We want high-performers who love people, love sales, and love winning. You’ll thrive here if you:

Have sales experience and can confidently close (fitness background is a bonus, not a must)

Customer experience and building a tight-knit community

Know your way around social media (Facebook, Instagram, GMB)

Can work independently while crushing daily checklists and KPIs

Have a strong admin game and love ticking off systems

Are proactive, goal-driven, and consistent in your execution

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same - but expect to:

Smash daily sales targets and KPIs

Run member challenges, referral drives, and epic local partnerships

Personally welcome and convert new and returning members

Stay in regular contact with prospects and members

Be our community face - promoting the club locally and online

Keep the gym spotless, functional, and ready for action

Work Schedule

Mon–Thurs: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

An early start at 8:00 am - 4:30pm may be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for the right candidate.
