Fernwood Fitness in Rockdale is looking for a Club Manager to join and lead their team.

About the Role:

Manage the day-to-day in-club sales, where you will champion and be accountable for the sales and growth results of the club and the team for new business, upgrades, special challenges across all income streams.

With supportive management guidance, training and coaching, you will oversee the success of the club sales, drive results and encourage a strong team environment while actively hands-on to increase member sales, membership value and growth.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Franchisee to ensure success,

About You:

You are an innovative woman, with a passionate sales proven record.

You enjoy the challenge and success of face to face sales as well as achieving KPI’s and reward.

You are customer-focused with a can-do attitude.

Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.

Availability over a standard 5-day roster with hours primarily required at different times between 8 am and 8 pm. Some weekends may be required.

Skills & Experience:

Proven sales/operations management experience.

You can lead a team with passion and enthusiasm and drive the team to exceed set targets.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and members.

Successful resolution of member concerns

Ability to drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives.
