Snap Fitness Burwood is looking for a self-motivated and results driven Assistant Club Manager, with a big personality to look after our 8 year old club.

About the Franchisee
Owner of 3 other highly successful clubs. The other Managers have a combined 20+ years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Work with and be trained by other highly skilled and successful Managers with proven track records.

Bonus Structure of an additional $5k per year

Skills and experience requirements
Certificate III and IV in Fitness (a bonus though not a deal breaker)
3+ years' experience in Management or leading a team in the Fitness Industry
3+ years' experience in any customer service industry (not specifically a gym)
Experience in a sales role
A strong leader
Experience in recruiting, training and driving a Personal Trainer team
Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to achieve results
Experience in Social media channels
Required to work Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
About you
You're the sole driving force of the business. Know your KPI's and track your progress on a daily basis.
Recruit and manage your team of PT's to ensure their own business success
You'll have an eye for detail, a natural sales ability and look for any and every opportunity to grow the business
You're a people's person, you have the gift of the gab, a "can-do" attitude and you lead by example
Heaps of creativity, a fun personality, can multitask and prioritise tasks
Have a genuine care for your members and a want to help them achieve their health and fitness goals
Ready and willing to put in the hard yards to run a large member base club
The successful candidate
This is a full time position with Immediate start for the right person
Probation period of 4 months
Will receive training in all aspects of Managing a gym
Ongoing Training and hands on Support from Management
