$150,000–$170,000 + Super | Sydney – Hybrid Work Model

A high-growth B2B SaaS company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney, offering flexible hybrid working (2–3 days in-office).
The company is building a modern, cloud-hosted platform designed to help enterprise clients streamline and manage complex decision-making processes. Backed by experienced tech founders, they’re solving real business problems at scale.

About the Role:

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the development and evolution of a cutting-edge product. You’ll work across a modern stack—.NET (C#) on the backend, React on the frontend, and cloud infrastructure in AWS.
You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, collaborate with product and design teams, and help shape the engineering culture as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services in .NET (C#)
• Develop responsive, modern frontends using React
• Work with cloud services and infrastructure in AWS
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement practices
• Contribute to technical decisions and product direction in an agile team

About You:

• Strong experience with .NET Core / C#
• Proficiency with React or another modern JavaScript framework
• Hands-on experience working with AWS services
• Solid understanding of engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, etc.)
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
