Position Overview

The E-commerce Coordinator will be a key driver of our online success, responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximise revenue, enhance the customer journey, and elevate our brand presence within the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital landscape, a passion for the beauty and skincare industry, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Execution:

Be at the front line of implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on driving online sales and increasing conversion rates.

Understanding emergent e-com trends, technologies, and best practices to optimise our online performance.

Manage the e-commerce budget amd allocation of resources.

Website Management & Optimisation:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skincareedit.com e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality, optimal performance, and a user-friendly experience.

Manage website content, product listings, descriptions, and pricing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Implement strategies to enhance website navigation, search functionality, and checkout processes to improve the customer journey and drive conversion.

Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement A/B testing to optimise key metrics.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement:

Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Implement plans to acquire new customers, drive website traffic, and increase brand awareness within the target market.

Create engaging and relevant content for the website, aligned with the brand voice and the target audience.

Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases, and build customer loyalty.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management:

Work closely with the therapist team to ensure seamless online customer service, address customer inquiries and issues effectively, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.

Act to improve customer satisfaction, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, sales, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.

Provide regular reports and insights to management on e-commerce performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales growth and improving key e-commerce metrics.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is essential) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a strong understanding of luxury brand positioning.
