We currently have a unique 12 month contract opportunity, for a strong coordinator/administrator with experience in Benefits and Wellbeing, ideally within a large multi-national organisation. Responsibilities
The Benefits and Wellbeing Advisor’s primarily responsibilities include:
· Insurance renewals for Asia Pacific
· Project management of wellbeing programs for Asia Pacific
· Develop, manage and maintain vendor relationships
· Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
· Management, promotion and upkeep of benefits & wellbeing information Assisting in the management and upkeep of leave policies
· Manage & execute benefits & wellbeing communications plan including the annual wellbeing calendar and mental health month.
· Coordinate payment of invoices
· Day to day management of benefit queries
· Projects in support of HR initiatives
About you:
With your excellent MS Skills and ability to naturally build strong working relationships, your written and verbal communication will be one of your strengths. Enjoying administration and coordination as part of your role, you will be a go getter who thrives in a busy environment where you can kick goals and make an impact. Previous experience in a large multi-national organisation is desirable, as is either a background in Benefits and Wellbeing, Insurance or Advisory.
