When medical, physio and other healthcare clinic owners need to sell their clinics, our expert team prepares the purchase price estimate, sales prospectus, marketing approach and buyer negotiations to assist clinic owners in selling their businesses.

This 20hr/wk Part-Time role is 100% Work From Home.
Requiring daily hours 9am-1pm, Mon-to-Fri . Immediate start available.
The role:
Due to our growth, we are looking to expand our small team with this exciting opportunity for a part-time Clinic Advisor. Due to the flexibility of the role the person can be based anywhere in Australia.
Our nation-wide brokering service requires an outgoing + motivated sales Advisor with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
You will be assisting the other Clinic Advisors within the brokering service to NEGOTIATE terms between buyers and sellers. This also incl ensuring key service milestones are met, using mission critical company processes to help facilitate negotiations for settlements and managing day-to-day sales tasks. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner of new streamlined processes to get the job done more accurately and easily. The Clinic Advisor role:
Will NOT involve prospecting nor calculating valuations/appraisal estimates
20hrs/wk during business hours (9am-1pm daily and Mon-Fri)
100% Work From Home
Assist the entire Brokering service with the sales NEGOTIATIONS component only
Effectively PROBLEM SOLVE pricing barriers between a buyer and seller
Promptly answer sales and phone enquiries from buyers in a timely manner
Handling sensitive financial documents between sellers and buyers of clinics
Work closely with the other 3 teams to provide responsive support
Advise vendors of sales and marketing options
Assess buyer needs and select businesses for their consideration
Provide advice to buyers on the commercial merits of businesses and the terms of sale
Offer advice for buying and selling businesses and structure the terms of settlement
Skills & Experience:
MANDATORY: Current Real Estate Agent's Representative license OR Class 2 license
Demonstrated ability to connect instantly with clients
Demonstrated ability to PROBLEM SOLVE and negotiate disagreements between a buyer and seller
Demonstrated history of understanding how businesses work, ideally in acquisitions
Ability to analyse and interpret Profit and Loss Statements
Demonstrated ability to be coachable and to execute on an innovative way of service
Proactive and timely communications and research for clients
Confident and professional level of communication both verbal and written with clients professionals
Well organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
You are a positive team member who helps build a positive workplace culture, presents themself in a professional manner
You will be resilient with a strong work ethic to help create solutions for our clients
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage all assigned clients optimally
Confidence and proficiency in working with online technology and tools, especially Excel spreadsheets
Proficiency in accessing and sharing electronic documents in OneDrive
Full compliance with company Privacy and Confidentiality best practices for sensitive information
Strong, reliable internet for online technology tools & daily use of video Teams
Home office setup, incl monitor/webcam/speaker and separate keyboard for provided work desktop
Provide a basic online bio and photo on company website for the public and clients
