CGC Recruitment are currently representing a medium sized privately owned building head contractor with an excellent reputation in the Perth market, to recruit a Contract Admin / Junior PM to play a key role within the business, working directly with and being mentored by one of their highly experienced Directors.

The Position - Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager

This role is an excellent opportunity for a CA with 5-10 years experience, ready to take that next step in your career with a defined pathway into Project Manager.

Working on a range of high profile, complex and large scale industrial / warehouse construction projects for blue chip clients, this opportunity will provide you with a clear pathway to delivering large scale projects.

Typical project range is within the $15-$40m range, however the client also have a proven background in delivering projects up to $60m+.

With a large number of repeat clients, it has enabled them to develop an excellent reputation in the market. Their differentiator in the market is providing a high quality service to clients, with every project fully resourced and assigned a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Admin, Site Manager and HSE Advisor.
