Our team is growing and we’re looking for multiple Customer Service Operators to join our close-knit team! As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling incoming and outgoing communications to support customer enquiries and client referrals.
Key details:
- Start Date: Monday, 30th of June 2025
- Rotating Roster: Monday to Sunday, 6.30 AM – 10 PM (1-2 weekend shifts per month)
- Training & Orientation: Commence working in our Forest Hill office with our structured 4-week training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for the role
- Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy our lively office space with your coworkers and enjoy work from home flexibility after 6 months having reached performance standards
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications to support stakeholder enquiries and client referrals
- Assess the nature of calls and respond appropriately, including transferring to an appropriate staff member or escalation process if required
- Accurately record client information in the management system during interactions
- Manage varied customer interactions, of varying nature, each day
- Maintain up to date knowledge of funding programs and fee schedules as applied to Bolton Clarke
- Provide exceptional customer service across all interactions

What we need from you?
- Previous call centre experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of one COVID-19 vaccinations
