What You’ll Be Responsible For

Office Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our office and meeting spaces
  • Manage office supplies, furniture, and technology
  • Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage deliveries
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and liaise with IT providers
  • Train new team members on systems and processes
  • Maintain WHS compliance and first aid responsibilities
  • Provide ad hoc support to the General Manager and Director

Experience & Culture Coordination

  • Champion a professional, welcoming and energised office atmosphere
  • Organise weekly team lunches, birthday celebrations, and staff gifts
  • Coordinate internal and external events including team-building sessions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, styled and equipped for success
  • Help bring WOW’s brand to life through every touchpoint in the office

Event & Client Activation Support

  • Manage logistics for meetings, events, and client activations
  • Assist with preparation of collateral, name badges and materials
  • Maintain RSVPs, guest communication and event execution
  • Support database updates in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers to deliver seamless event experiences

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Champion operational efficiencies through smart system usage
  • Support compliance and data integrity across our CRM and documentation
  • Document key processes to ensure scalability and business continuity
