Receptionist – Full-Time | Stone Real Estate Gungahlin

Stone Gungahlin is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. This is an incredible opportunity to become part of a dynamic and rapidly growing business, dedicated to changing the standard in Real Estate.

This role is ideal for a recent Year 12 graduate or a university student eager to kickstart a career in real estate. You’ll be working alongside both our high-performing sales and property management teams—some of the top-ranked professionals within the Stone network.

The successful applicant must:

Have a keen eye for detail

Be passionate about property and delivering 5-star service

Feel confident and comfortable answering incoming calls

Have a genuine desire to assist clients in purchasing their new home or investment property

Key responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls for both property management and sales

Providing administration support for the sales team (contracts, listings, advertising approvals)

Assisting property managers and leasing consultants with various admin tasks

Supporting clients, agents, and buyers to ensure a seamless experience

You’ll need to demonstrate a proactive approach, be well-presented, have strong communication skills, and work well independently.
