Job Description
Ready to join a modern, high-performing Canberra clinic with an immediate start? We are seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist for a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of maintaining the calm, structured flow of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and managing check-ins with professionalism and empathy

Answering phone calls, emails, and appointment enquiries promptly

Scheduling appointments using dental software (D4W preferred)

Handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing patient records

Supporting the dental team with daily communication and coordination

Maintaining a clean, calm, and efficient reception area

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical reception role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities

Proficient with dental software (D4W or similar)

Confident, courteous, and comfortable with patient-facing interactions

$35–$37 per hour, based on experience
