SEPSERVE specialises in the treatment and management of Septic systems in Central Victoria and across the state. We currently have a Maternity leave position available for approx 30 hours per week with the option of a Permanent part time position at the end of the Maternity leave position.
This position is for an Administrator to join our team, to assist with the day to day running of our office and provide administrative support to our Service and Installation teams.
You MUST have previous experience with Xero and Outlook to apply - Please do not apply if you do not have experience.
Your role will include:
General administration duties such as answering phones and liaising with clients
Processing payments, data entry and emails
Scheduling of jobs

Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual and have great attention to detail
Previous experience with Xero and outlook
Previous experience in an administration role
Have a polite phone manner and good communication skills
Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence
This is an office based position, our office is located in East Bendigo.
