About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing mortgage broking business. This part-time role (2.5 to 3 days per week initially) offers the opportunity to grow with the business as volumes increase.
You will work alongside an experienced broker and a long-term personal assistant, helping with administrative and documentation tasks to ensure smooth client outcomes. Lending experience is not required, full on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing client game plans and documents in ApplyOnline
Printing contracts and assisting with First Home Buyer grants and schemes
Collecting and saving client documents accurately and efficiently
Supporting general admin tasks to keep processes moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For
At least 1.5 years of general admin or office experience
Start date: Mid-July (or flexible for the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
Friendly, approachable, and motivated to learn
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Comfortable with different accents and working with offshore team members
