What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of conveyancing matters from start to settlement
• Advising clients with clarity and confidence — and delivering a service they rave about
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with accuracy and care
• Liaising with agents, banks, solicitors, and councils to keep everything moving smoothly
• Staying ahead of legislation and ensuring compliance at every stage

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Are a Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience
• Love solving problems and making deals happen
• Are sharp with details but also people-savvy, with a natural love and passion for high quality client focused journeys.
• Take pride in doing things right — and fast
• Have exceptional experience with PEXA and legal softwares
