Position available for a Junior Conveyancer, Conveyancer or a student studying Conveyancing - both full time and part - time to assist Licensed Conveyancers to run the residential files from initial contract through to settlement.

The Criteria

Only applicants with at least 2 + years in a similar role will be considered. It is essential that you possess well-developed skills in file management and solid knowledge of the Conveyancing process including but not limited to residential sales and purchases, off the plan, transfer and refinance matters. You will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication and client service skills, a proactive attitude, the ability to prioritise your workload & serious multi tasking skills with competency in Smokeball and PEXA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ability to assist Licensed Conveyancers and take instructions.

Attending settlements on PEXA.

Attending clients.

Answering incoming calls.

Liaising with clients, real estate agents and other professionals.

Other duties as required.

Remuneration

Negotiable based on experience & skills. Bonus structure on offer when targets are reached.
