You’ll gain exposure to complex and interesting WHS issues that span national and international workplaces, providing a rich environment for learning and growth. This role offers a unique mix of policy, operational and advisory work, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. With long-term contract potential and hybrid working options, this is a great next step for a WHS specialist seeking to make an impact in a purpose-driven organisation.

You are a highly capable WHS practitioner with at least five years' experience, ideally gained in a large, complex environment. You’re comfortable interpreting legislation and frameworks, and have a deep understanding of WHS obligations, with the ability to translate that knowledge into practical solutions. Your natural communication skills allow you to build rapport, influence outcomes, and resolve conflict when required.
With a proactive, improvement-focused mindset, you’re ready to contribute meaningfully to a culture of safety and wellbeing. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement, and a track record of successful WHS program delivery.
