Showroom & Office Coordinator Job Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional to join our growing team at LEO LIN.
The role is split into a range of responsibilities meaning no day is the same, and professional creativity and drive is rewarded!
Client Services
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with the brand’s identity and customer service standards.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive customer engagement strategies, driving marketing.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with and support in-showroom events, promotions, and product launches to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
Showroom & Back of House
Responsible for showroom looking beautifully presented and replenished at all times
Showroom & Stock management
Ensure high visual merchandising standards and optimal product presentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock replenishment in coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.
Reporting & Monitoring
Direct support for all relevant brand projects – aka Warehouse Sale
Point of contact for all office administration – building manager, parking, staff onboarding via Logic Solutions
Coordinate all IT support with external partner Logic Solutions
Staff onboarding including processes, policies & equipment
Order office amenities – stationary, Coles orders, birthday cakes
Organise EOFY & Christmas parties
Team Collaboration
Provide occasional support to eCommerce Customer Service Assistant in peak periods.
Provide ad hoc marketing support where needed.
Demonstrates a proactive can-do attitude.
Works collaboratively within and outside of team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Must speak English and Mandarin
Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience ideally in a luxury environment
Genuine passion for sales and proactive selling
Experience with events & one on one selling.
Ability to work independently and be proactive
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
Team player with a can-do attitude
