We're looking for energetic and proactive individuals to join our warehouse operations team. You don’t need previous warehouse experience—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and offer real career progression in logistics, inventory management, and operations supervision.

We’re currently recruiting multiple full-time warehouse team members to join our expanding operations across the Hunter Region.

About the role:

Handle incoming and outgoing stock with accuracy and efficiency

Receive, inspect, and process second-hand goods

Ensure inventory is correctly labelled, stored, and documented in our systems

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Support store teams by preparing and dispatching stock in a timely manner

Follow compliance procedures related to inventory, safety, and operational standards

Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely

Contribute to a strong team culture and meet daily warehouse KPIs

About you:

A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving stock as needed

A clear communicator who thrives in a structured, busy environment

Quick to learn new processes and systems

Able to work flexibly, including weekends if required

Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus, but not essential

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are advantageous
