A global mining and resources manufacturer is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its multi-disciplinary delivery teams. You'll bridge the gap between product vision and software delivery-analysing code, defining requirements, and working closely with architects and developers to drive high-value solutions.

The Role:
You'll partner with Optimisation Services, Architects, and multiple Scrum teams to break down complex product requests and ensure clear, actionable requirements. This hands-on role demands a strong software background and the ability to read, interpret, and translate code into business and user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing codebases and articulate technical requirements
• Gather, refine, and document functional processes, workflows, and use cases
• Define acceptance criteria for epics, features, and user stories
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (workshops, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify success criteria and resolve conflicting needs
• Produce artefacts such as domain models, wireframes, and interface designs
• Mentor developers by clarifying requirements and providing technical insight

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years' commercial experience in software delivery teams
• Ability to read and interpret code (Java, C#, Python, or similar)
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline highly regarded
• Proven skills in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based web applications
• Strong Agile, iteration management, and stakeholder facilitation expertise
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
