Robert Half are excited to be supporting a globally expanding cleantech company in the search for a dynamic HR Generalist to join their growing team.

This role sits at the intersection of people and purpose, supporting a mission driven business advancing large scale renewable infrastructure and energy storage projects across multiple continents.

The Role:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles. This includes drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters and contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Oversee day-to-day HR administration and maintain the accuracy of the HRIS system.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations (ER) issues and lead their resolution.
• Support the HR Director with various HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Stay current with Australian employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Ad hoc tasks as they arise.

The Person:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Australia, ideally in a fast-paced or high growth environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability to grow and evolve within the business.
• Comfortable reporting to an HR Director based overseas (London) and capable of working autonomously.
• Confident and experienced in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.
