About the Role

Based on the Mid North Coast, NSW, this full-time Operations Manager role is the engine room of our business — it’s about more than just managing; it’s about leading with purpose and driving real results. You’ll be:

Overseeing and optimising daily operations across our workshop, admin, customer service, and logistics teams

Leading, managing, and developing a high-performing team across departments

Ensuring installs, maintenance, and service work are completed on time, on budget, and to Great White Solar’s high standards

Implementing and maintaining efficient systems, processes, and operational reporting

Driving performance metrics, improving efficiency, and planning resources strategically

Upholding compliance, safety, and company policies with discipline and care

Supporting business development and long-term capacity planning with the leadership team

Acting as the vital bridge between strategic vision and daily execution

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in operations, workshop, or production management (caravan, auto, or similar industries).

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Highly organised with a process-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

Strong understanding of job scheduling, workshop coordination, and customer service.

Comfortable using digital systems, workflow software, and reporting tools.

A results-focused, proactive, and professional A Player.
