WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Help lead a dynamic team of Operations Agents in meeting performance standards consistently
• Support the Operations Supervisor in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain all regulatory and internal policies, procedures, and practices
• Participate in investigations of disciplinary and WHS incidents/near misses/injuries and assist in preparing relevant reports
• Provide on-the-ground leadership and guidance to the team
• Taking the lead in the absence of the supervisor
• Planning, resource allocation, and delegation to achieve KPIs
• Drive our Respect and Results culture through active participation, respect, helpfulness and empathetic leadership
• This is a full-time position working approx 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm
• This is a grade 8 role
