Are you looking for a role that challenges you, values your expertise and creativity, and supports your growth? As an experienced Fabrication Team Leader you will be joining a dynamic team, soon to be moving into our new factory in Wangaratta, VIC.

The Role

You will be leading a small team in the Fabrication area, ensuring that production moves seamlessly from concept to completion. Your hands – on leadership and team management experience, will be critical in the delivery high quality work. You will also be strongly involved in product development. You will therefore need to have

· Experience in Leading a team and working as part of a team.

· Trade qualifications with proven experience as a fabricator and welder

· Competency in all tooling associated with fabrication including a CNC Router and Brake Press.

· A love of. problem-solving and troubleshooting

Your Key Responsibilities.

· Fabricate, sheet and weld aluminium components for our slide-on range to precise specifications

· Lead by example, and support your team with clear communication

· Collaborate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders

· Resolve technical issues and maintain production momentum

· Monitoring work-in-progress and providing updates.

· Documentation of drawings, and changes in product

· A well-organised, efficient, and safety-focused workshop

· Managing resources and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.
