What you'll do
- Support your Partnerships and Improvements Team colleagues in the production of operational and strategic collateral and documentation.
- Assist the Partnerships and Improvement team to deliver initiatives in line with contemporary project management methodologies to deliver products and services to Supply Chain Branch.
- Identify and raise potential continuous improvement opportunities and support the Partnerships and Improvement team in their delivery.
- Monitor and report on project activities and progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project documentation, including project management plans and materials for specific project activities associated with achieving project objectives.
- Support workforce and customer engagement activities, including assisting with preparing for meetings, developing materials, creating agendas and taking minutes.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Demonstrated record of success and achievement in similar roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with contemporary project management principles and processes.
- Demonstrated ability in supporting project activities and supporting governance groups through taking minutes and preparing documents for meetings.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare high-quality written materials.
- Demonstrated ability to be responsive and well organised and to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
Experience in a supply chain-related role will be highly desirable.
