Your Role:

• Manage all day-to-day site operations on a $20m health project
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Liaise with the PM and client team to ensure smooth project delivery
• Mentor site staff and uphold a strong, productive site culture

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
• Proven ability to deliver projects in greenfield sites.
• Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and construction programming
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
