🛍️ Retail & Ecommerce Support

📞 Customer Service

📦 Shipping Co-ordination

🖥️ Data Entry

📸 Photography

Your average day might include:

· Packing online orders within a timely, efficient manner.

· Replying to customer emails, social messages & phone calls.

· Keeping the shop & warehouse clean and making sure the stock is neat and ordered.

· Assisting with in-store customer queries

· Data entry & photography for auction preparation

Our Ideal Candidate:

Brings a calm, mature approach and excellent interpersonal skills

Has a passion for collecting and collectables

Has previous experience in Auction House, Retail or Office Admin

Is organised, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac & PC Laptop software

Is an Australian resident (required)
