Original Ugg Australia Classic is a well-established Australian footwear and apparel company with multiple retail outlets and a central warehouse hub. The company is renowned for its premium Ugg boots and iconic Australian sheepskin products. We are experiencing continued growth and are seeking a qualified and experienced Retail Manager to oversee operations across several stores and provide coordination with the warehouse operations team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations and staff across multiple store locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and business goals. The key responsibilities include:

· Oversee the operations of multiple retail store locations and liaise with the head warehouse for inventory and logistics coordination.

· Supervise and mentor store managers and retail team members, ensuring KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards are consistently met.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures for stock control, visual merchandising, and in-store compliance.

· Coordinate stock flow from the warehouse to retail stores, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient stock rotation.

· Monitor and evaluate staff performance, including scheduling, training, and professional development.

· Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve high sales performance and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct regular store audits and meetings to maintain operational consistency.

· Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and promotional strategies.

· Resolve customer complaints and operational issues escalated by store-level staff.

· Work closely with the warehouse team to manage product deliveries and ensure supply chain efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

· At least 3 years of full-time relevant experience in a retail management role, preferably in a multi-store environment.

· A Diploma with at least 2 years experience or at least 3 years of closely related experience will substitute.

· Demonstrated ability to manage retail operations and teams across several locations.

· Proven track record in driving sales and meeting performance targets.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective teams and customer relationships.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.

· Sound understanding of stock control systems, POS systems, and logistics coordination.

· Flexibility to travel between retail stores and the warehouse as required.
