HR Coordinator role, Part-time, 10-15 hours per week, based in Sydney Inner West

An amazing opportunity to work for an outstanding NFP based for an HR Coordinator based in Sydney's inner west. This is a permanent HR Coordinator for up to 15 hours per week working with a flexible WFH with a salary of up to $80,000K plus super (FTE).

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR Coordinator activities.

Key areas will include:

• Oversee and maintain internal company communication platforms, like the intranet, ensuring they are current, relevant, informative, and user-friendly.
  
• Assist in managing and coordinating the processes and requirements for annual reviews, performance management, talent management, and training and development.
  
• Aid the People and Culture Manager and other leaders in job design, recruitment, selection, induction, onboarding, inclusive employment, and offboarding.
  
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on People and Culture policies, processes, and activities, ensuring they are up-to-date, especially in light of legislative changes and diversity and inclusion barriers.
  
• Coordinate and support People and Culture initiatives, including staff engagement surveys, report preparation, and action planning.
  
• Assist in coordinating WHS compliance and relevant training to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees.
  

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience of working as an HR Coordinator. You will ideally have experience working in a not-for-profit or have a passion for working in this area or a creative space.
