About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at C & E Developments on a casual basis. Based in Osborne Park WA 6017, this part-time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for reporting to our accountants.

What you'll be doing

Performing general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable

Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records

Preparing and processing payroll for a small number of employees

Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

Liaising with external accountants and auditors as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

Strong proficiency in using MYOB

Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Training will be provided for the software for our Self Storage Facility
