Trilogy is a family owned & operated luxury goods retailer based in Claremont.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team with a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping. Previous experience in payroll is essential and proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential. Hours of work will be 6 hours per day on Wednesday & Thursday as a maximum.

Reporting to the Management Team, the key duties & responsibilities of the successful candidate will include -

Responsible for processing & administrating accounts payable ensuring timely & accurate billing.

Responsible for processing & administrating accounts receivable. Conduct proactive follow-up on outstanding payments & accounts receivable.

Preparing & processing international transfers.

Maintaining bank statement reconciliations across various business accounts.

Recording & reconciling sales figures & preparing budget monthly figures.

Ensuring financial records comply with accounting standards & company policies.

Compiling BAS preparations.

General administrative duties where required (e.g. filing).

General errands where required (e.g. banking).

In addition to the above, the successful candidate must demonstrate the following & will require experience across the following platforms and systems -

Proven bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in Xero accounting software & Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
