Our Client
We are partnering with a well-established and trusted HVAC provider based in Sydney, known for delivering reliable residential services. As their team grows, they’re seeking a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join their supportive office team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Schedule and dispatch technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Confirm bookings and follow up with customers to maintain a seamless experience
Make outbound calls to promote maintenance services and follow up on quotes
Manage admin tasks, including invoicing and job documentation
Work closely with internal teams to keep service jobs on track
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
