To support our continued growth, we are seeking a diligent and organized Service Coordination Person to work closely with our Service Coordinators in overseeing resource management, scheduling, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate repair works by ordering necessary materials, allocating resources, and scheduling technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Assign technicians to maintenance sites and project locations based on workload and priority.
Ensure scheduled maintenance and service tasks are completed on time.
Track project activities and monitor overall progress, identifying scheduling conflicts and escalating issues when needed.
Facilitate clear and timely communication between field teams, technical staff, and project stakeholders.
Help uphold compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company protocols.
Support the Service Coordination team in planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring efficient use of resources across sites.
Provide assistance to maintain accurate project schedules, documentation, work orders, and activity logs.
Provide assistance to organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and capture key discussion points and actions.
Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with past experience in service operations, manufacturing, or production environments are encouraged to apply.
Experience in service coordination, operations support, or production planning & control, expediting role, or similar coordination roles will be an added advantage.
Ability to learn and operate web-based service management systems and applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially medium to advance level in Excel) and ability to learn project/resource scheduling software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Practical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with field technicians, project managers, and office staff.
