About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team at MKG Electrical Pty Ltd in Penrith, NSW. As a full-time Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical services division, liaising with customers and coordinating our team of skilled technicians.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer enquiries and booking in service appointments

Scheduling and dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner

Maintaining accurate records of job details, parts used, and job completion

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Assisting with invoice processing and other administrative tasks as required

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar service coordination or customer service role, preferably within the electrical or trades industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and technicians

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRMs & Simpro job management systems

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service

A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and work autonomously.
