About the role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Armidale Minto Dental in Armidale, NSW. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our dental practice. If you have no prior experience but are willing to learn and get on-site training, applications accepted too.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice with a warm and friendly demeanour

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including confirming bookings and rescheduling as needed

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services, policies, and pricing

Assisting with patient registration and maintaining accurate patient records

Processing payments, handling cash, and reconciling daily transactions

Ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure the practice runs efficiently

Providing general administrative support to the dentists and other team members as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer service-focused role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and friendly service to patients

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage a busy schedule and maintain accurate records

Proficiency in using dental practice management software and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and contributing to the success of the practice
