The opportunity

We are offering 3 days per week on a permanent casual basis throughout the probation period, with the potential for growth for the right applicant to a permanent part-time position.

You would be a key team member working within the practice, providing high quality customer service to all patients. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting our dental prosthetists as well as general administration duties. The role would be based at our Killarney Vale clinic, but would require to work occasionally at our Umina clinic.

No weekend work or public holidays. Applicant must be able to work school holidays.

General tasks will include the following

· Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone inquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts and quotes

· Preparations for patient appointments; treatment after-care instructions, forms, etc.

· Communicate with prosthetist regarding patient's dental treatment schedule

· Restock any insufficient office materials

. General cleaning/tidying of the practice

What we're looking for

· Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist an advantage

· Strong computer skills

· The ability to communicate kindly and effectively with colleagues, patients and their families

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· The ability to multitask, adapt, a desire to learn and develop.

· A great work ethic, initiative, be motivated and passionate about providing individualised patient care to our community.

We are a growing Denture Clinic, specialising in digitally designed dentures, always looking for new ways to bring the latest technology to get the best results for our patients. We have two clinics on the beautiful Central Coast and 3 prosthetists working between the 2 locations.
