We are currently recruiting a motivated and experienced Transport Scheduler to join the team located in Blacktown NSW. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

🚛 About the Role:

• Scheduling and allocating transport deliveries to Elgas clients
• Supporting day-to-day operations with strong administration tasks
• Liaising with drivers and clients to ensure efficient delivery scheduling
• Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support
• Assisting with routing and logistics decisions (training provided)

🕐 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard 8-hour days

💰 Pay Rate:

• $37.52 per hour + super

• Strong administrative background (essential)
• Customer service experience with a professional phone manner
• Confident communicator, capable of managing driver interactions
• Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
• Scheduler or logistics experience is highly desirable
• Willingness to learn and make decisions under guidance
