About The Role

As our Patient Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our patients through their dental journey towards their dream smile. You'll be the friendly face and empathetic ear that ensures our patients feel comfortable, valued, informed, and supported every step of the way. You will combine your exceptional sales and communication skills with your desire to build meaningful relationships and offer tailored solutions to help our patients achieve the smile they have always wanted.

About You

You enjoy talking to people and have a warm and friendly demeanour. You thrive on building deep, meaningful relationships and are highly empathetic. You are focussed on providing an exceptional patient experience.

You enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions . We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role. While previous experience in a dental role is desirable, it is not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right person. So we are open to candidates from other industries like cosmetic clinics, beauty salons, luxury retail, health & wellness, private healthcare practices or concierge services.

You possess exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You are efficient in managing appointments and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patients have an unparalleled experience at every point along their dental journey.

Building strong and trusting relationships with patients by understanding their unique needs and desires.

Listening attentively to patient concerns, answering their queries, educating them about different procedures, presenting treatment plans and finance options, and scheduling appointments.

Collaborating with our dental team to finalise and coordinate treatment plans.

Taking records and maintaining detailed clinical notes.

Utilising excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail to keep track of patients and their treatment schedules.
