Are you ready to make an impact? As a Team Leader – Meter Reading Management, you’ll take the helm of a dedicated team ensuring the seamless execution of Water Corporation’s Meter Reading Program across the Metro Area. This is your opportunity to:

Your skills and experience
We’re looking for an experienced leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for customer service excellence.
- A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, plus substantial experience in a large, commercially focused organisation delivering and coordinating customer services.
- OR extensive experience in a customer focused role within a large commercial environment.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and deploy teams to strengthen business capability.
- Experience in driving a high performance culture through effective team management and development.
- Considerable expertise in identifying and implementing business process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading change initiatives.
- Strong background in financial management, including budgeting and cost benefit analysis to optimise operations.
- Relevant experience in contract management, including specification development, oversight, and business reporting.
